This book I have just finished reading is honestly the best sales book that I have read. Stephen Schiffman knows exactly what he is talking about when it comes to not only getting leads, but closing sales. The book goes into depth about how to get a prospect and turn that prospect into a HAPPY customer. This book is a quick read, with the paperback version I have being 109 Pages front to back not including the about, introduction, and the about author sections. The book packs so much information into such a small book, that I am definitely going to re-read this book again to make sure that I have all of the information processed so that I am able to learn more on sales. The book not only explains the sales process, but also goes into explaining what a salesman really is and why they got a bad rap. I HIGHLY suggest this book as I am not only going to re-read this book, but I am going to read all of his other books that he has and when I finish them, I will post more reviews on the rest of his books.
