
Stephen Schiffman goes into skills and techniques that can be used in the sales world to not only increase sales conversions, but to also make sure that you please the customer and keep a long relationship with them. The book has many useful tips on how to make a sale and keep a loyal customer base. The book has great information that only comes from those with experience in the sales world, however the book definitely seems to go over certain points and gets very repetitive and partially annoying. Don’t take that as me saying it does not have very amazing unique techniques on how to gain a prospect and actually lead them through the sales process, but it definitely does repeat itself a lot.
I would suggest this for the person looking to increase their knowledge of how to get a prospect and keep them, however in my opinion, I do not think it is as good as The 25 Sales Habits Of Highly Successful Salespeople.
